home made powder coat fluidize bedding system
just got started making this thing. plans can be found by a simple search.
stage 1 drilling in air intake, gluing the base to the base plate.
first a drilled a hole to attach a valve to allow the area to enter the system. (I drill the first hole too large but where is was placed it should not effect the system). when I attached the valve, I placed silicon in the threads. nothing on any web sight said to do that, but I wanted to make sure the seal was good.
I gluing a piece of plastic to the bottom of the base of the system. I used a loctite brand glue and weighed it down with 10lbs of lead. (no pic yet), after two hours, I laid a bead of silicon around to out side of the glued pieces. going to after it is done curing going to remove the weight and bead of silicon on the in side.

it is done, just some kinks to work out. build on out of a 4 or 6 inch pipe and change the type of valve used
